How & Why do we Write?

Our Language defines us. To my mind such a statement shouldn’t garner any argument; we use language to express ourselves to others, to communicate our inner world. The words we choose, the syntax, the grammar rules we abide and those we ignore, these are all choices we make in language and each has an impact on how we communicate and what others take away. Each and every person has a Unique and Personal Language that is nearly indelible.

However, I think we can do some statistical analysis to find some commonalities across a population. The following explains how I used statistical analytical software to analyze the idiolects(personal expressions of language) of several dozen participants and related some personality traits that they self reported to their syntax.
