About

Hillel graduated from Oberlin College in 2023 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He is passionate about storytelling, linguistic cognition, socialization. Mr. Hinton-Williams is teaching at The Windward School in New York. He chose to begin a career in education after teaching English in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar.

During his college career he managed The Cat in The Cream, a student run event venue at Oberlin College. He created events and facilitated community engagement between the college and the town. He also worked at The Living Machine in The AJLC at Oberlin College, he maintained, repaired, and generally upkept the living machine alongside a small team. In those duties he also helped to manage two small orchards and a garden.

From both Pennsylvania and Minnesota Hillel turned to Ohio for Higher-Education at Oberlin College. Continuing this trend of changing his location drastically every few years he is no longer in Germany teaching English abroad. Instead, he is living in New York working as a middle school teacher.
He loves, books, talking about D&D, and Ceramics.
